Skala Beach

Skala beach is located on the southeast coast of the island of Kefalonia, near the village of Poros. The wide beach in its 3 kilometers has white pebbles of various sizes mixed with fine and golden sand, a clear and clean sea and a rich vegetation all around that gives a little green to the bay! What can I do and find on Skala beach?

On Skala beach you can find both spaces dedicated to the rental of sunbeds and umbrellas for those who prefer to relax with the necessary equipment, and free spaces where those who want to relax in close contact with nature can do it safely. For example, many could find the centuries-old pine forest that surrounds the beach quite pleasant, an excellent shelter from the sun that gives the right freshness to also consume a snack on the special benches.

When, on the other hand, you have taken your bath in water and want to remove all the sea salt left on your body, you can go to the showers, or to the changing rooms, which you will find immediately on the beach.

We advise you to practice some snorkeling on Skala beach, its deep seabed hides a beautiful marine fauna that absolutely deserves to be admired!
The other suggestions are: take a hiking boat from here and take a tour of the nearby islets and in the most hidden or inaccessible places of the island and take a romantic walk on the promenade at sunrise or sunset, admiring the fascinating scenery.
