Kardamena is a small village located on the southern coast of the island of Kos.

In the last 10 years, Kardamena has changed its appearance a lot, going from being almost exclusively a destination for the entertainment of the youngest to be today a destination for couples and families, going to replace the numerous discos with local shops and restaurants suitable for a quieter evening .

Kardamena obviously is not only the center, shops and restaurants, but also and above all one of the most sought after destinations for those looking for beautiful beaches and a "waveless and flat" sea ... with an amazing backdrop! Along the coast there are several beaches interspersed with resorts and small hotels with private beaches .. but don't worry ... there is really space for everyone and the beaches are more beautiful than the other and all equipped with sun beds, umbrellas and taverns for a fish-based lunch directly on the beach. On the sides of the center of Kardamena the beaches are certainly more relaxing ... in short ... to everyone the beach they prefer!

Very recommended among the beaches of the coast: Malibu Beach (a small beach bar with swimming pool and minigolf behind and in front of a small beach characterized by sun beds and pink umbrellas - here the sea is really amazing and calm .. and the bottom of very fine sand ).

Among the restaurants: Avli Restaurant (perfect for an evening in the Greek atmosphere, with tables in a typical courtyard of a Greek house, with the possibility of more intimate balconies reserved for those who want a romantic evening) and Anemos Restaurant (typical Greek tavern where Popi, the owner, and her team will make you literally "lick your chops" with its fabulous dishes of fresh fish and expertly cooked!
