Pyrgaki Beach

Description

Pyrgaki beach is the last beach south of the west coast of the island of Naxos.

It can be reached along the road that starts from Aliko and upon your arrival you will immediately understand why it is different from the others (the last stretch is unpaved but passable without problems).

The beach of Pyrgaki is an immense expanse of clear sand, turquoise sea with shades of aqua green, little frequented and with a landscape that differs from the other beaches of the island of Naxos: a true paradise, especially on days with little wind.

A small part is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, while everything else is similar to a desert area surrounded by cedars to make room for relaxation and imagination.

The tavern within walking distance serves typical Greek dishes, coffee and drinks.
