Gerakas beach is located about 18 kilometers south of the capital.
Another jewel of the island belonging to the Marine Park of Zakynthos that gives us an indescribable emotion at the sight of turtle nests! In fact the back of the beach is closed to the public just to preserve the safety of these sweet creatures!
And that's not all! Geraki beach offers us a very impressive view from above! Once in this long beach you will see a clean and transparent sea surrounded by fine sand and great peace! Its shallow water allows children to swim in total safety!
Overall the beach is a bit wild and has only one establishment for renting sunbeds and umbrellas, in fact we recommend bringing food and water!
Towards the ends of the beach you will notice high clay walls that characterize the place with their majesty!
